Minimum tub height is 14 inches (clearance range is 14in to 18.5in).  Minimum tub width should be approximately 25 inches as this is the width of the seat plus a bit of additional clearance for the frame of the stool.

The seat overall width including frame is 40.5in.  Your space, inside tub and outside tub must be able to accommodate this.
