This item is the head halter only.  Chin and forehead straps are also included if there is limited occipital shelf.

The frequency, precautions and indications will be something you should consult with your physician/therapist.

This can be used with any standard cervical traction kit in place of the existing head halter.

To answer your question, there have been proven cases in which paraffin therapy was very successfull in treating foot and ankle pain.

Thank you for your inquiry.  In our experience we found that there may be only a minimum difference between the weight results on carpet vs. hard flooring.  With that said, the results on thicker, fluffier carpets will deviate more from those results on hard floors and commercial grade carpets.

This item is only compatible with standard hospital beds.  If you do not have a hospital bed, we do have some options that are compatible with non-hospital beds if this is what you need.
