Unfortunately, this item is not able to be modified with any type of alternate seat in field.

There may be an option of using a type of blow-up ring cushion in conjunction with this seat for added comfort.

I have just finished physical therapy and used a piece of equipment called the Shuttle MVP by Power Systems. I have not been able to find an authorized dealer in the Chicagoland area and have been told that many physical therapy companies get their equipment thru medical supply companies. Can you help? These disposable exam shorts are available in sizes Small through 2XL.  We can request a sample, however it may take about one week to ship out as a broken case may not be available.
