Hello, Does this med cart have a separate narc box with lock with the already locked med cabinet

This cart does not have this as a standard feature or as an option.  What you are able to do on this cart is to make add a narc-lock to one of the drawers making it a dual-locking drawer thereby acting as a narcotics containing drawer/box.

The tabletop is a 2in thick foam covered in vinyl upholstery.  This unit does not come in a 31in width, but it is available in a 34in width.  Pricing will be e-mailed to you shortly on this unit.

We do not have anything specifically designed to go beneath the mattress, however we do have several options for wedge pillows that can be placed atop a mattress and used as recommended by the manufacturer:

This will be determined by the size of the child's trach.  There are varying sizes of suction catheters ranging from 6fr (2mm dia) to 16fr (5.33mm dia).  Anything under 10fr is designated for pediatric use.
