lead time runs from 2-3 weeks on this particular bed, but we have them in stock in one of our Atlanta warehouse  and another on in CA. The Motor warranty is good for up to a year, unfortunately we don't offer extended warranties right after the year is over.  I would be happy to send you a formal quote, what's your address for shipping purposes? We are an online story only. Our call center is located in Houston, Texas but we have where house's in different parts of the U.S.

You would only be able to see this item if you ordered it unfortunately, since we don't have any at our call center. This unit can have a basket attached to it and if you need it included in the order I can assist you with that. This unit does not have a seat that attaches to it.
