Thank you for your inquiry.  Hand exercisers are color rated for the amount of squeezing pressure you would need to apply.  It would be hard to remotely determine your starting point, so you may wish to start with 5 lbs and determine if you need scale up or down.  Please let us know if you have any questions..

Hello, I know this bed exists because 1) I found it online in October but I cant now locate it; and 2) every home healthcare worker tells me to get the bed wherein the entire bed rises to 30" or so. Do you sell it, know who does or at least know the bed I'm asking about Thanks so much! madeline
