Thank you for your inquiry.  What you are referring to is called a pulse oximeter.  The most practical units are the hand held pulse oximeter with a finger probe.  You would place the finger probe on a finger and the unit would display the O2 levels as well as heart readings.  There are a number of different units available with different options and prices, therefore, we would recommend that you contact us toll free at 1-877-706-4480, so that we can help you select the appropriate unit.

A old man who lives in the building has very poor circulation in his feet and they are always cold. Heating pads do not work is there something like a heating pad bootie he can use at night.
