Thank you for your inquiry.  The wedges are designed to go on top of the mattresses.  Although, it maybe feasible to place the wedge between the box springs and the matress as long as the mattress is flexible enough to allow for that.

We ordered this stretcher, when we hold the red lever down it drops the stretcher like a ton a bricks. How do I keep it from just doing this as it does not seem safe

Thank you for your inquiry. When was the unit ordered? I looked through our system and the last you ordered the PRO X was in 2019. Can you provide a PO number or the ship to zip code. Many issues with these units is operator error. When are you having issues with the unit slamming? Are you using 2 operators? Are you using the end release or the quick release on the side of the unit. Once I have a better idea of your issue, I can send over the proper use. I look forward to your response.

Thank you for your inquiry. Production advised you will need (1-RSWLH) which is the rail to hold the trash can and (2-KSBWLH or 1-KSBWLH). These cans do not have lids. The rail may work with you can if you modify it to the bracket. Let me know if you have any questions.

The ADA requirement for the Slope of a ramp is 1 inch of rise to 1 foot in length. This item only has an 44inch length on the ramp for a full 8 inch rise. That is 4inch rise per less than a foot, not ADA requirement. Do you have one that is appropriate
