Dear David: Thank you for your inquiry. Based on your description, you are more likely looking for a transportation gurney with an elevated head rest. However, transport stretchers do not come with storage. Treatment tables do not come with casters or side arms. So the options that you have are 1) a stand alone storage cabinet/ cart with lockable drawers and a transport stretcher with locking casters and side rails, 2) an exam table with drawers and a standard transport stretcher with locking casters and side rails, 3) an exam table with drawers and a fold-able transport stretcher for compact storage with locking casters and side rails. There are several different options as well, we can consider once we limit down your choices.
