Hi, I am a physical therapist assistant in NY, Please help me,Have a patient,a 37 year old NY policer officer who was shot and now wheelchair bound,,needs parallel bars to continue his goal to walk again,,,insurance won't pay for them and I am determined not to give up in helping him,If there are any used/cheap parallel bars available PLEASE PLEASE let me know.....if local to new york,new jersey, connecticut would be easier but I am willing to travel to pick them up if need be..
