We do not accept insurance as a form of payment.  We can provide all the neccessary documentation, but it will be the individual's responsibility to file a claim.

I have a 1.3cm long x .5cm wide ulcer/divot under my left arm. Should I put some kind of triple antibiotic on before I apply the DuoDERM CGF?Approximately how long will something this small take to heal?Thanks,Lee

Lee,

It is recommended, along with thoroughly cleaning the wound, that you use the Skin-Prep Protective Dressing before applying the DuoDERM CGF Dressing.  The dressing will generally stay on up to 7 days. 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you a healing time; however with proper care and routine dressing changes, the wound should heal in a timely manner.

Tony,

The minimum height for the Deluxe Institutional Hospital Bed is 14" starting fabric height, which means the bed frame surface height at the lowest point is 14".  Most mattresses are either 5, 6 or 9 inches in height which will make the lowest sleeping surface with a 5" is 19", 6" is 20" and 9" is 23".
