I am looking for a portable nebulizer machine for me and my son. What is a piston powered nebulizer. I need a neb machine that is battery operated and also a machine that has a car charger for trip taking. Can you assist me with the answers I need?

We have a few options for portable nebulizers.  The compact nebulizers we carry are generally operated by ac adapter only.  The Pacifica Nebulizer is piston operated, which means it is a bit more quiet than a compressor operated nebulizer.

Our Portable CompAir Compressor Nebulizer System and Portable Arial Compressor Nebulizer System both feature battery operation as well as dc adapter for car charging and would be the most compatible for the purposes you've stated.

To determine the exact size of Osgood Schlatter Support your daughter needs, you'll need to measure 2.5" above the knee and add that to the 12" circumference of her knee cap and divide that by two.  The sizing is as follows:

XSmall - 10-12.5"
Small - 13-14.25"
Medium -  14.25-15.75"
Large - 16-18.25"

Most of the cushions we have are designed for use in wheelchairs, however the Comfort Seat Pad or any of our Gel Cushions would probably be the most effective for your mother.

My dog has an avulsion injury to her leg. She was hit by a car last w/e. I am an ER nurse and was researching products to promote wound healing. Would this algicell calcium alginate dressing work on her? Or is there another product you recommend? The vet had covered it with a telfa pad.

The height at the highest point of this unit is approximately 41" from the floor.  This unit is height-adjustable and a person who is sitting is able to use this for therapy for their arm.
