If the chair had an issue while under the 1 yr warranty how would I go about getting it fixed or replaced Im in Massachusetts. And if I needed to replace the battery a few years down the line how likely is it that I would be able to find a replacement battery at that time?

Dear Mitchell: Thank you for your inquiry. If there are any issues with the evac chair under the warranty, we will send you a call tag and will fix the unit or send you a replacement one. We try to keep inventory of parts in stock even if the unit has been discontinued, especially the batteries. Please let us know if there are any other questions.
