I ordered 3 items and even put in my credit card . I ordered an otoscope, a pulse oximeter,and an adult nebulizer system. It said the order was 240 some-thing. That's when I put in my credit info. what went wrong MARY STURZ

Thank you for your inquiry.  As a general rule, if your grandmother is on Medicare, she maybe eligible for Medicare reimbursement.  You will need to contact the insurance company regarding coverage.  Both Medicare and insurance companies review all claims on a case-by-case basis.  A doctor Rx is beneficial, but does not guarantee that your grandmother will be reimbursed for the chair.

Can this product be used to clean the reservoir of a c-PAP machine without causing harm to the equipment or affecting the distilled water. I normally use distilled white vinegar. I pour the vinegar in the reservoir and let it sit for a few hours. I then rinse with distilled water several times.

As in the case with all cleaning products, test first on an inconspicuous area for color fastness.

I am interested in purchasing the Microlet Automatic Lancing Devive. However, I am restricted to using One Touch UltraSoft Lancets. I want to know can One Touch UltraSoft Lancets be used with the Microlet Automatic Lancing Device.

Thank you for the inquiry, unfortunately, the Microlet Automatic Lancing device is for BAYER HEALTHCARE LLC Ascensia® MICROLET® Lancets, they will not work with the One Touch Ultrasoft Lancets. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

My father needs a deluxe mattress to replace the uncomfortable one in his new medicare quality hospital bed. He has Inclusion Body Myositis so needs something firm he can push off on. He is not bedridden. What do you recommend?

I may recommend the Extra Firm Innerspring Mattress with Foam Topper, the Deluxe Extra Firm Innerspring Mattress or the Standard Extra Firm Innerspring Mattress.

The quality and firmness of all three is similar, however the unit with foam toppers may prove to be a little more comfortable than a standard innerspring mattress due to the foam topper.

The rubber tips over your Meriam Plier's are PERFECT. But we don't want the pliers, only the rubber tips. Does a person navigatge sitting down or standing? Can a person navigate independently while sitting? My mother has severe arthritis; Uses a rolling walker with a seat..sometimes walks but mostly sits and pushes around with one foot.Seat height of a walker seat good for this. would this work better

The Aqua-Relief Pads are cushioned with internal foam and are simply filled with hot water or microwaved before use.

The microwaving recommendations are that you fill the pad according to the instructions, heat for 1-2 minutes and feel to see if the temperature is to your liking.  If not, turn over and heat an additional 1-2 minutes and if it is still not to the desired temperature, heat in 30 second increments until you have reached desired temperature.

How do you fill the tub with water typically? Is there a water hook up or do you fill it with a hose bibb?

 Jeff,

The stationary tubs are generally filled via a hose, there is no actual hookup, we do offer thermostatic mixing valves to combine cold/hot water for the right temperature.  I'll follow up with pricing for the available options for this whirlpool.

I got this from my OS after cast was removed from ankle surgery dure to trimaellor fracture. Do you sale the hot/cold gel inserts? the walker i got is made by Ossur and when I called their CS they refered you as a distributor, the product item number from Ossur is #WKGEL100.

Unfortunately, we do not carry any ankle walkers that are made by Ossur.  We have some available made by Bird and Cronin, however they are not equipped for gel inserts.
