I'm a Paediatrician from the USA working in Botswana. I need a good otoscope, but not something to expensive. Needs to be able to recharge using 220 V outlet. I can get an adapter. Is this the standard otoscope that I used in my residency? Curious about panoptic sets as well. price?

This bed is best suited for Alzheimer's patients as the low height is recommended for anyone at high risk of falling.  This is the main benefit other than general patient safety.

We are looking for surgical towels that can be used when autoclaving. I recently went to a Infection Control meeting and the blue towels that come in packs are for single use only. We are looking for double ply towels that are reusable.

My mom is 86 and living at home. She stays on the first floor and sleeps in a hospital bed. I would like to replace her innerspring. Since she is in and out of bed herself are the side foam support beds good for her? She weighs about 120 lbs.

The side supports will not hinder her from getting in and out of the bed on her own.  They are simply a form of additional support for patient transfer if the person isn't physically able to move on their own.
