do you except purchase orders from franklin county columbus ohio, family resource. I was interested in the innersprings vinyl mattress and was also wondering is the masongrad a mattress cover that is removable, or is the whole bed coverd with it and it cannot be moved?

Lisa,

We do accept purchase orders from Government and educational facilities with approved credit application on file.  We do, however generally, ask for prepayment on the first order by check or credit card.

The "Masongard" covers are removable only in instances of replacement, and are standard on some of our mattresses, these are for mattress protection and are not recommended to be removed.

I find that standard cervical pillows become soft in the support area i need. This one seems like a good idea. I could pump it up as it ages. How long will this pillow last?

 These pillows are said by the manufacturer, Core Products, to be in their prime up to two years.  There have been instances however, where a person has kept the same pillow in great condition for up to five years.

We do not provide nebulizer medication.

 Unfortunately, we do not have any outside sources other than our office in the US.  We do ship internationally, but do not accept returns on exported items.

We do have Disposable Otoscope Specula for the Pen-Scope Otoscope.

Either would be a good choice, the Piccolight features a 2.5V halogen lamp and our Pen-Scope Otoscopes feature a 2.7V halogen lamp.

Both have high quality fiber optics for optimal light transmission, however the Pen-Scope are more affordable.
