I have a customer who supplying a 50 bed hospital and need some supplies. Bellow is the email I've received from him. Please take a look at it and respond if you can supply. Hi Mr. Per our conversation attached is a list of hospital equipment list that my client is interested to buy. When you quote these equipments, please provide the the brand and weather its new or used w/ years used, and if it is used make sure it is in working condition. The client is equipping a 50-bed hospital. 1) Where is this shipment going?

2) Do you have specifications for each product?  Ex: We have 23 different types of microscopes. Which one would you be interested in?

my tube is up my nose, and then bi passed my stomach, going directly into my small intestine. my question is: are all the tubes the same size that dif doctors use or at least the connecter where i wud plug into a machine? i don't want to get it if it's not going to work... and if i get the wrong thing, and it doesn't work out for me becuz it doesn't fit, is my money refundable upon return? idon't have home health because of no insurance at this time, but the nurses at the clinic are happy to help me make sure i get it set up right. so mainly im asking if the tube/or fitting sizes are universal and if the pump is returnable if it is not wat i am looking for, since i am venturning out in this on my own. the manuel feedings with big syringes, are physically hard for me to inject the thick food thru, and make me deathly ill sometimes. i tolerated the feeding with no problem while on a pump in the hospital. plz get back with me asap as i am anxeious to try to get this going. p.s wud i be able to get a estimate emailed to me with the actual cost, including the accessories i need like that bags and the pole? i have to submit it to an agency for help paying for this. i cannot work in my condition. thx julie slc utah 801*638*6840

Dear Julie,

Thank you for the inquiries. The bags that fit the feeding pumps can be 500 mL or 1200 mL.  I can not determine if either of these will work for you. You must consult a nurse or doctor. We can answer questions about the products, we can not diagnose your condition.  This pump is not returnable if used.  We accept credit cards and checks for payment.  I can not quote a price for the package until you determine which size bag you need.

Thank you for the inquiry.  Each unit is keyed the same, if you need them keyed differently, we can do that. At the time of order placement, you must indicate that option, there is not an additional charge.

Ive had my N20 for over 8 yrs and have never had any problem until recently. I had not used it in over a year, and when I put in the batteries, the unit will not turn on. Ive tried replacing the new batteries without any luck. Do you have any idea what the problem may be? Thanks
