Unfortunately, we do not have this type of product in our inventory.  The only item we were able to find is a "Carpet Skate" which attaches to the shoe as you described.

Thank you for your inquiry. The door mounted pulley wouldnt be recommended for a wheelchair user. However, please see our Economy Wall Mounted Overhead Pulley which can be placed in a lower position for someone who is wheelchair bound.

Unfortunately, this holder is only meant for use with a D or E size oxygen cylinder.  We do not currently have any tank holders/supports for a cylinder of this size.

This cushion is 18in W x 16in D x 2in H.   The Foam Wheelchair Cushion is our only option for this size wheelchair, it is 16 x 16 x 2.
