I work in a Dental Lab and recently broke my waxing spatula. I have had it for 19 years.It was my favorite tool. I have looked in all the dental supply catalogs that we have but none carry the tool. Your waxing spatula item #054-31JJ looks like my old one. I tried ordering one, but it says unavailable. My question is: Is that item out of stock or no longer being manufactured? I see you have a bariatric shower chair with large casters. My wife is bed bound and we get her up out of bed with a hoyer lift. She weighs 350. We are in need of a shower chair somewhat like the one you have advertised. The one we were looking at is Item# NSO057CCSIPU. My wife is covered under Blue Cross Blus Shield insurance through COBRA from where I used to work. Do you deal with private insurances for the cost of such items? Also, I notice that the chair is 28 wide, is that the inside or outside dimensions? that is pretty important because of narrow doors.

We unfortunately do not handle any type of insurance and accept payment by credit card, check or paypal only.  We do have alternate options which may be more affordable if you are interested.  The width reflected is the overall width.

Thank you for contacting us. Here are the answers to your questions:

1)  Since we do not take Medicare, no paperwork or script is required.

2)  It is an additional $195.00 for the heat/massage option

3)  Yes it does recline to a sleeping position

4) It depends on the color. If we have it in stock it will take 4-5 business. If color is not in stock, it will take 3 weeks.
