The manufacturer of this light is Vista Lighting, who is a branch of Philips.  These lamps are special order and can take up to 6 weeks to ship.  We do have alternates available if you have specifications, we would be more than happy to provide you pricing on available alternates which generally ship within 10-20 working days.

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately,  the manufacturer will not allow us to break up cases in order to send samples out. A case must be ordered. Also, we do not carry bariatric flat sheets in bulk. This is a set we carry for bariatric bedding:

The track does come with hooks.  It is easy to install with a screwdriver and a drill.  However, depending on the type of ceiling, you will need to purchase the hardware neccessary to hang the track from at a local hardware store.

I am looking for an attachment for my walker that would hold my portable oxygen tank. I have a folding walker with wheels. I notice most baskets available only hold 5 lbs. and I think my tank is more like 12-15 lbs. What is typically used? thank you in advance for any help you can offer. Carol
