Thank you for the inquiry. The type of mattress does not matter when you are trying to figure out the shipping.  Are we going to deliver to a residence or business? The other types of mattresses we are carry are foam, pressure reduction and innerspring.

This item # is for only an otoscope. An otoscope is mainly used for the ears and throat. You may want a set that includes both the otoscope & the ophthalmoscope head.  I would suggest the following:

I use my walker outside often and my rear walker tips tend to wear out really fast. I need something with more durability that does NOT make noise. Has anything new come out in the market Are there any make out of titanium?Doreen

A simple and an inexpensive solution that seems to work well is to take a couple of tennis balls, make a circular incision, align the incision with the walker tubing (without the tips) and push the balls in so that they fit through snugly over the tubing.  The tennis balls stay on well, they are inexpensive to replace and have a long endurance.
