There is mask is not rated for a liquid protection level.

However, a field test was conducted, and the mask was able to withstand up to an inch of water without any seepage.

We recently received the stretcher; that appears to already be assembled. However, there was box that had some parts inside and we are unclear as to whether or not they need to installed before the stretcher is ready for use. Are there any assembly instructions for the stretcher

Hi Tinishia:

We appreciate your purchase.  The hardware is used to secure the stretcher within the ambulance.  If you dont intend to use the stretcher within the ambulance, you do not have to do anything with the parts in the box.  The stretcher comes fully assembled and ready to use.

Depending on the angle of the staircase, the units should be able to navigate reasonably high steps.  For example, at an angle of 45 degrees, chair should be able to navigate 20-21 inch high steps. As always, we strongly recommend for the chair to be tested empty prior to use with an individual.

I ma actually looking for a stretcher that can easily be loaded in and out of a cargo van. Purpose is recovery of deceased and re-delivery to Funeral home, what would you suggest.

Good morning Fred. Thank you for your inquiry. In order to be able to assist you with a proper selection of a stretcher, we would need to know the loading height for your van. The loading height is defined as the distance from the ground to the top of the loading platform. Our light weight stretchers have a 26 1/2 in maximum loading height.  Our commercial grade stretchers can go upto 31 inches loading height.  Also, please let us know if you need a stretcher with an adjustable height.

Could this be covered by insurance I need a reclining wheelchair. Currently use a stretcher for appointments. This would work great! I have doctor prescription for a reclining wheelchair and Aetna for insurance. Thanks for your help.
