I would like the exam table shipped to Toronto, Canada. What happens if the table needs repair or service? Do you have representatives in Toronto that you could send out to fix the table if need be?

Thank you for the inquiry. I think we just spoke on the phone. We would be able to ship the table to Canada. The shipping would not be that much since you are close to the warehouse in PA.   If the table needs repair, all you need to do is contact us and we will notify the manufacturer to send out the replacments parts.  Unfortunately, we do not have service people in Toronto. I also just want to mention that we are not responsible for getting the customs clearance at the border. You will be responsible for providing us the name and number of your customs clearance agent. If you do not have one we can provide the service and then bill you along with the regular shipping.  If you would like a quote for the table with the shipping, please let me know the postal code and the type of shipping you need (lift gate and/or inside delivery, dock to dock, etc.)

I have a client using this product right now and the bolts are loose and need to be tightened but the heads are stripped and I cant get a grip to tighten them. I have tried using the 5/32 hex Allen Key with it. Is that the right size Thanks, Bruce

Thank you for your inquiry.  Unfortunately, we do not have a wrench size for the bolt head.  If you have them, you can try using a pair of locking pliers on the bolt heads instead.

We have this manikin in one of our homes. The upper arm is broken and we are missing one of the bolts at the knee area. Is this something we can purchase A replacement arm and the knee bolt? Also, we are looking for an arm that we can use for IV training. Do you have anything like this?

How do your cubicle tracks work with a dropped ceiling

Thank you for your inquiry.  The cubcle curtain tracks are often times used with dropped ceiling.  Hardware is not included.  For installation, you will require bolts which will go through the predrilled holes in the track and large washers with nuts or a toggle nut/ bolt combo.  The installation is fairly easy and youshould only need a screwdriver.

My husband and i have cared for care for my two brothers whom have downs syndrome for 20 years in our home. One of the brothers got Alzheimer's at age 40. 3 years ago. he is unable to open his mouth by command . physically he is capable but at this point he cannot send the signals from his brain to his mouth to tell it to open. It is very diffucult for me to brush his bilingual surfaces of his teeth and also to brush the gums on bilingual side. he is okay with us brushing the outside of his teeth and gums. he handles that quite well. I am very concerned for the health of his mouth and possible gum diesase due to lack of brushing on the insides of his teeth. I do not want for him to bite down on the tooth brush and break it off. he is a strong male and does not bite down intentionally. We have tried several little devices that the dentist gave us but my brother can easily flip them out. I also wish for his tooth brushing to be a pleasant experience for him.
