I am confused about the size I should buy this item I am a size small in shirts. Where do you measure to figure out the size I should buy this item. i see that it is noted to take it in 1 size larger as it runs small. Thanks Ellen

You should measure at the base of your sternum (where the ribs begin to separate) and based on that measurement, for example if you measure 27" around, that is size small and this item runs small, the recommended size is medium.

hi there, I was born with asthma and have had to make a lot of trips to the hospital with asthma attacks and hours wait. I was wondering if you sell the whole mask and oxygen machine with medication for asthma attacks that I can administer at home. Do you ship equipment to Canada and how much would this cost?

We sell nebulizer machines which air along with particles of medication (like albuterol) are administered through mask or handheld mouthpiece.  We do not sell the medication which is used with the nebulizer machines.

We do ship to Canada and shipping on one of these machines is approximately $50 to Canada depending on the exact location and model you are ordering.

Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle in cool water. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and gently spin to remove excess water. Dry naturally without direct heat or sun. Stretch the skin during drying to help prevent shrinkage.

Certain post-op shoes we carry are vendor direct and can take 7-10 business days to ship out with an additional 4 days in transit to our international shipping warehouse.  We ship by US post priority mail and this shipping time is 6-10 business days.  In total, you are looking at upwards of 3 weeks to receive your goods from the time of order placement.

I am needing a portable compressor to assist with sputum induction for Tuberculosis patients. I am not certain if this machine would work for multiple patients. I would obviously also need to purchase disposable nebulizers and tubing for each patient. Can you offer any insight

Thank you for contacting us.  This machine will work for multiple patients. You would need to have a separate mouthpiece and tubing for each patient (which we sell in bulk). How many patients are you trying to treat? I would recommend the following as well:

Hello,I found a bottle of iodoform packing strips from an old injury dated sept 2007.I have a new injury and was wondering if it was still safe to use if needed.bottle was opened for use but has been stored sealed in a bag in controlled environment in closet.

I have the maxima III tens unit and it wont work. Do u know where I can get it fixed or how to troublshoot it I put new leads on it and a new battery but still won't work the red lights come on but that's it. It sat unused for approximately 2 years. Worked last time I used it now nothing.
