The 0217CLT table does not have an adjustable backrest, it features a flat top, as stated in the description.

This product is actually a mattress overlay, so a patient should not lay on it without a mattress underneath. Also, the category includes either gel or water mattresses. Hello, I am trying to pick out a wrist splint. I now know what a palmar stay and a dorsal stay is but could you please tell me what spoon stays, steel posterior stays, and medial/lateral stays are? I am looking for the splint that will provide maximum immobilization, something that will keep my wrist joints from moving around as much as possible. The Premier Wrist Splint was recommended for me the last time I wrote asking for help. However, that splint only mentions a palmar stay. I have seen splints that have other stays like the ones I mentioned above and am wondering if a splint with more stays will provide more immobilization. Thank you very much! -Tracy

The most stays offered in any of the wrist supports/braces we carry are 2, palmar and dorsal.  If you are looking for something with support that great, we may suggest a custom orthotic company as it seems the industry standard offers only palmar or both palmar and dorsal stays.
