This pillow is filled with a polyester fiber, and comes in two trims: gentle and standard. While you have to pick between the two trims, each pillow does feature multiple channels that are sized to provide different support levels.

Ive previously had surgery on my left shoulder, I can hear the bones rub together when moving it, I'm in constant pain that seems to run into my neck and down my arm. I have numbness in my pinky and the two adjacent fingers. Certain positions seem to limit the pain with pain medications.

Nebulizers are used to deliver medication in a fine mist so that it can be easily and quickly absorbed by the body.  The amount and type of medication is determined by the doctor prescribing the medicine.  Different amounts of and types of medication will have different affects.  Please consult with your mother's doctor.

I own an assisted living community in Tampa Florida. I need to replace several twin size box springs and mattresses. You are the only company I can find that sells the EF1-7363 Inner-Spring Mattress that we are replacing. However, I do not see the matching box springs on your website. do you have them or know where I can obtain them. Thank you.

The mattresses we sell are only meant for use on adjustable hospital beds which do not require use in conjunction with box springs.  We do not provide any type of box spring support for innerspring mattresses.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please be mindful that this unit is a 220 volt (which is used out of the USA, but we have 120 vlt unit). Also, this unit only has a syringe and a suction, so this unit wouldn't be able to complete an composite filling. However, please see our Portable Dental Restorative Delivery System ProQuest I (110 V)  This unit has one highspeed handpiece which can perform the duties you are requesting above.
