Hello, I'm interested in your Lightweight X-Frame Ambulance Stretcher Item# MS3C-400X, but I'm struggling to find any demonstrations or illustrations of the mechanism operation - it all seems to be from one side with the actual handles and working parts obscured. Do you have a evacuation chair with higher weight capacities, as the clientele sizes increase it is common to encounter patients greater than 400 pounds

Thank you for your inquiry.  We have recently upgraded the motor on MS3C-300TSB to allow for use with heavier individuals upwards of 400lbs.  For easier operation and comfort, we also implemented an ergonomic handle bar and deeper back incline.
