This item is the only product we have shown to be specifically for shoulder compression.  We have alternate products but they are considered "wraps" for cool therapy.

What is the difference between LPM liters per minute air flow and PSI pounds per square inch pressure when it comes to a nebulizer compressor. What is better Why is the Pulmo-Aide the only compressor that is certified to work with TOBI? Clear this up for me, thank you

LPM is the measurement of flow rate while PSI measure the pressure.  The higher the pressure (PSI), the higher is the flow rate (LPM) which can be pushed through a valve opening (as selected via regulator) as compared to a low pressure scenario.  We are not familiar with how TOBI certification is determined.

This item is an accessory for our dental lead apron.  It weighs less than 2 pounds.  The shipping time frame is approximately 10 working days to ship out.  Cost for standard ground delivery (3-5 day transit) within the continental US is typically about $9.29 for one of these belts.
