Thank you for your inquiry.  This item is only capable of holding one sink per cabinet.  The sink is not a standard feature, it is optional, and the cost for the sink option to be added is $323.32 in addition to the price of the sink.  If you would like a quote, I would be happy to provide one.

They are not manufactured to allow only one drawer to open at a time, however we do offer separately locking narcotic compartments for various cart types. Please contact me if I can assist you more information.
