Thank you for your inquiry.  MS3C-300WC is designed to fit many of the standard wheelchairs with seat widths from 18-22in.  However, it does not fit all chairs, especially custom made chairs.  If you would like to send us pics of the wheelchair in question, we will be happy to give you an opinion of whether it would work with the trolley.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your inquiry.  Battery operated chair can be used for children.  For smaller bodied individuals, we recommend using pillows or wedges for better positioning.  The chair comes with waist and shoulder straps as well as foot strap.  Units are in stock.
