Can this cot be lowered to the ground in its cot position for loading an unconscious patient

Thank you for your inquiry.  MS3C-1000Pro will collapse flat to a ground level.  We also have other commerical grade models such as MS3C-250Pro which has a removable top which can be than be used as a cot to load the patient at ground level and then re-engage with the base for transport.

Thank you for yoour inquiry.  Most transportation vans and SUVs have a loading height of 27 in or less.  31 in plus is more typical for commerical EMS vehicles.  Loading height is measured from the ground to the top of the bumper.
