Size, Chest & Hips = 38-40"
Waist = 32-34"
Neck = 15-15.5"

Large:

Size, Chest & Hips = 42-44"
Waist = 36-38"
Neck = 16-16.5"

51777CHT is a Neuromuscular Electrical Nerve Stimulator unit (NMES) which uses electrical impulses to cause muscle contraction.  This unit is used primarily for muscle re-training as part of a rehab process.

026THCMM is a Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation unit (TENS) which also uses electrical impluses, but for temporary relief of acute and chronic pain. 

Both units are sold to medical professionals or available by Rx only.
